In our sessions together we will focus on self exploration, and developing skills that will help you better understand and manage your thoughts, emotions, behaviors, motivations, and values. I also help families of those who struggle with addictions to cope, help them maintain boundaries, and help them speak to their loved ones about entering treatment. The focus of my practice is helping adults with ADHD, adults with Substance Use or Alcohol Use concerns, and adults struggling with controlling Anger. Through the use of evidence-based treatments, I help my clients regain a sense of power and control over their lives. I also have experience with Veterans, first responders, and medical professionals.
